Steps to follow for scheduling a telephone or in person reading with Deana Marie:
1. Call (602) 434-3289 to schedule an appointment time for your reading. (If you reach our voice mail, please leave a message and either Deana or her assistant will return your call within 48 hours.)
2. After you have scheduled an appointment, confirm the reading by making payment using Pay Pal. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received. Please note: If payment is made using E-check (electronic check), funds must clear our bank account prior to your reading. This process usually takes 3-4 days.
Appointments are held for 24 hours. Please pay promptly for your reading in order to confirm your appointment and avoid cancellation.
3. If you are getting a telephone reading, promptly, at the appointed time for your reading, you will receive a telephone call from Deana Marie and she will conduct your reading. If you are unavailable or do not answer your phone, your reading must be rescheduled to a future time.
Once payment has been received, the cost of readings is nonrefundable.
Occasionally, it is necessary to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We apologize, in advance, for any inconvenience that may be caused by the necessity to reschedule appointments.
